Continuing the Dani Johnson Secrets

Okay you should be getting the hint by now of the last 2 post. They were the beginning of a 5 week series that is powerful for any new person to just starting in business. Dani Johnson and her training is extremely specific with technique and content. All you have to do is apply to your business but leverage Dani to help train your new person.

2nd Dani Johnson Secret

As I promised in the last post, I'm sharing with you specific training that I guide someone just a couple of weeks in their business to. The very first thing you need to have them do is go register for a free membership at www.danijohnson.com

Then take them to the call that I recommended last week. After that your new person who has been following a systematized process it's important that we keep teaching them they why of the how. The how is what we do and then once they are doing it and guiding people through your marketing process teach them the why.

For this I use a call that explains presentations and it's also a call that DFI modeled with one on one coaching with Dani Johnson. It talks about what a successful presentation is and Dani explains something that a new person would not quite understand. 5 Steps to a Successful Business: Dani Johnson

OK here's a little secret! Dani Johnson's website has hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars worth of training for free. If you are not using it for your self and for those you are developing you are STUPID.

See how I say things politely :)

Bottom line is this, we are not God and we as individuals can not be all things to all people. Personally I plug into Dani Johnson and her training to keep sharpening my skills and stay on my "A" game. We've all had those times were we didn't feel like working, the only issue is success doesn't wait. Dani Johnson and her training helps me succeed.

Below is another Secret I use. Dani Johnson and her training is great to help you train a new associate. Now you can't just throw them out there randomly and so go listen to something. You need to guide them to what they are listening to.

After new associate starts I usually guide them through our training with DFI which as most of you know is extremely specific and to the point on exactly what we do and how we make money. Then after a couple of days on the phone we will have a conversation and I just ask would you like your initial contact to be better? Dani Johnson on her website does specific training on building a successful business and step 1 is an initial contact.

In a Democratic nation we have many choices. The sum of our choices will determine the level of success we will reach. You will hear people say, “One day I am going to have a bigger home” or “I will make more money” or “I will drive a better car.” The question you have to ask yourself if you have said these things is, “Do I really mean it?” If you do, do you have a plan? Will your current plan get you the things that you have said you wanted? If you answered no, to one of the last three questions, then you are only dreaming. You are wishing with no real desire and will likely have no more than you currently have in life. You see we have to make a conscious decision to succeed in life or to just have something more. If you are unhappy with your life then look in the mirror because in all likelihood you have no one else to blame but yourself. Sure, there are circumstances OUT of our control; but how we deal with and overcome those circumstances IS within our control!

We can choose what to wear. We can choose the hairstyle or haircut we want. We choose who our friends are. We choose what jobs to apply for. We decide whether or not to show up at work on time. Does it not stand to reason, that if we have so many choices in life? We can make choices that will allow us to be successful? If you wanted to start a business and didn’t have the money, you can choose to save, beg, borrow, and scrap the money until you have enough to get started. The great thing about Coastal as we know is it didn’t take that much to get started. Let’s face it; if one’s life depended on it 90% of the people in a Democratic nation could come up with at least $5000 within 72 hours. So the real question is how bad do you want it? If you choose to just work your nine to five J.O.B. (Just Over Broke) and choose not to get anymore out of life. Please do me this one favor, don’t be envious or hateful as I become more and more successful just because you have chosen not to.

It amazes me at the number of people who are unhappy in life and are quick to ridicule those that seem to have more; but yet they refuse to make choices that would allow them to get more out of life. If you have chosen to join this amazing business of ours, then congratulations! You are making a choice to get more out of life and to succeed in some way. However, if you are in Coastal and you are making $50,000 to $60,000 a year but continue to say you want to make $100,000. Ask yourself, “Am I making the choice to do that or am I just wishing it?” It is ok to wish and to fantasize about things just make sure that you are honest with yourself and you recognize the difference between wishing and choosing.

If you are just starting with Coastal make a CHOICE right away to be successful. If your business is not doing as well as you would like, that’s great! You can choose to change that! Make a CHOICE to grow your business to where you want it. If you want to make $50,000 in this business then CHOOSE that. If you want to make $100,000 then CHOOSE that. If you want to make $1,000,000 then CHOOSE that. Just remember success is a choice!

IMPORTANT...A Moment of Your Time

Do you believe in reaping and sowing? How about karma? You know good karma and bad karma, bad karma hangs over us like a dark cloud. Until you build up some of that good stuff that bad karma just chases you. You keep having those days you can't do nothing right.

OK maybe karma's not your thing and you don't really grasp reaping and sowing, how about "what goes around comes around". You 've heard that before I'm sure.

What if it was possible to have good people just randomly do good things for you. Some of us :) would call it a blessing. Do you know one of the best ways to be blessed? Do something simply out of the kindness of your heart for someone else and bless them. That's an example of sowing good things, and if we sow good things then we must reap good things.

LISTEN UP! It doesn't have to be a big thing either, just selfless.

Here's a selfless opportunity for you. Below is a letter I got from a very success business woman Angela Lasher who I've partnered with over the years.
