Top 8 Ways You...

Know you have a bad prospect on the phone in your Home Business? Have you ever wanted to have steady people to talk to in your business? Do you hate cold calling? Do you want to call people who are waiting to hear from you? Do you want people to potentially know your name before you ever call them?

I've built my entire business on calling highly qualified and highly targeted leads. This month alone I've made over 26,000 dollars. 7. If your prospect says "Do I really have to work?"
--"Don't tell me you thought that application on line was for welfare, there is no way the welfare application is that long?"--

6. If your prospect says "Do I have to claim the income on my taxes?"
--"Yes, but if you where a street pharmacist you may not want to to claim it!

5. If your prospect says, "I don't like people!"

4. If you are forced to read Dani Johnson's "Jerk" script and they still don't get it.
--They are trying to size themselves to you and they forgot you were the one doing the interview :) Stinks for them!

3. Prospect is cussing at their kids in the background during the interview process. --That just makes you feel gross, hang up the phone!

2. Jerry Springer is so loud in the background you can't carry on a normal conversation. --If Jerry is that important they are not qualified!

1. You tell your prospect that they requested more information about your position working from home at the beginning of the conversation and you casually end it with...
"What can I do for you?"

They respond, man I just wanted an application to Kentucky Fried Chicken?

Incredible Month and I'll show you how?

I've had an incredible month and I'm truly blessed! So far as of today we've collected 26,200 dollars and the month ain't over yet :). Stay tuned we may break 30K. Everyone is talking about a recession and it feels good as a team in DFI that we don't have to deal with that or worry about it. Thanks to Coastal Travel.

Our Team is Back from Dani Johnson now what?

Dani Johnson was awesome at First Steps to Success this weekend. Our team was there full force learning the skills that every single person who has joined our team DFI and then created a 6 Figure Income has already learned. So now that we've gained these skills and we are back now what?

It's too early to tell who the next story will be on our team, all I know is since the last event Nathan Brown from Alberta has be come a released Platinum Director and generated 19,410 dollars in Profit. Bonnie from North Carolina as well as Nike also from North Carolina are kicking butt as well. After the last event our team generated at least 72,000 dollars that month.

All I know is there are going to be some serious stories because this happens every single month. Now that we are back home we simply apply. Not hesitation like Dani said just make a mess with your new skills and see what happens. Who knows you may be the next Nathan Brown (formally a Canadian Idol finalist) and now on track to make a 6 Figure Income in DFI.

If you can't make it to First Steps in Dallas now what?

This weekend will be powerful, awesome and impactful! Tons of people from our entire team will be in Dallas for Dani Johnson and her training event, First Steps to Success. So you are reading this and maybe you are not going to Dallas. Maybe you've heard about the results that come from that training and you want those results but you just can't make it this weekend.

What should you do? First just accept there is nothing you can do to benefit from a Dani Johnson event with out actually being there. You just can't so you may not have those results. Once you've accepted that fact than we can start with the cards we are dealt with so that we will receive the biggest benefit out of the next event that we can get to.

Success in business is not always instantaneous. It is often times a process, a transformation. As we learn and develop new habits and techniques. Congrats for reading this far you are apparently interested in growing, developing and transforming.

There is a reason you could not make Dani Johnson this weekend. There is more time needed for one reason or another so that you learn and grow to the point you will get the most out of that event when you do get there. So let's look at your business for a moment. You want to succeed being your own boss, having more time freedom and you want to be one of the stories you have heard on our training calls or on Dani Johnson's website?

What is one action that you need to take to ensure that you can have that success. Of the things you've learned from your up line, business partners, your director or from Dani Johnson dot com have you already implemented those skills that you've freely gotten? Do you work with a spirit of excellence? Or do you make up reasons/excuses on why you can't work? Are you procrastinating in your business? What are you putting off in your business? Do you contact your clients like you should? Have you even started your business?

Dani Johnson is not a miracle worker. Her training will not make you a new person. You have to have the desire which is only proven by what you do, not what you say. Back to that one action, what is one thing you can start doing now to improve your chances of success. Are you diligently working? Are you consistent? Have you even started yet?

Master the skills you have already been given so that when you get to a Dani event your time is not wasted learning something you already knew. In my personal experience after 30 Dani Johnson events people who are diligently working get more out of an event than those that go and now learn they are ready to at least get to work. Both skills are important but which do you want to learn from that weekend? That you need to go to work or that you need to adjust some habits and work more efficient? If you haven't mastered work you can't master the skills that require working efficiently.

How to Maintain Cash Flow in your Home Business

When you own a Home Business cash flow is the key to keeping a successful business successful. It's the same with any business brick and mortar or home business. If you don't believe me just look at our economy and the 100's of billions of dollars our government has thrown out to improve cash flow.

Moving forward we have to agree on one principle. It takes money to make money right? Let's face it, is it "FREE" to start any business? Was it "FREE" to advertise? There are smart ways of doing business and some are less expensive ways. But at the end of the day it takes money or time and your time should have a value on it as well so that means money. The hardest thing anyone has to learn in a home business is to start making money.

What kills most people is when their cash flow does not flow properly. Here's what I mean. Some how when we first start working from home we forget that the money we make needs to be applied to business at all. Let's face it you have to always re-invest money monthly if you are going to develop and grow your business. Plus, you gotta pay taxes we can't avoid that one legally.

Most people do fine in business once they start making money until there is a financial shift. At that point most people go out of business. Here is what I mean, let's assume you are making 10,000 dollars a month and you are spending 1,000 a month in business development maybe it's advertising? 10% overhead is dang good and you probably only have that in a home business vs a traditional business. You are left over with 9,000 a month and maybe you are living off of that. What happens if your company changes the compensation structure or you get sick or have an emergency in your family and you can't work one month? If you don't make the 10,000 dollars you don't have the 1,000 to keep things going with. What if you owe taxes and did not have enough put back. I had one friend who made so much money in one year in Coastal she owed $52,000 and had been paying off debt and was not expecting that bill.

Your home business must always have liquidity, heck for that matter every business needs it. Look at our current banking system. IF you lose your cash flow and are not expecting it then you will be in a jam and could be forced to walk away from all the benefits of being your own boss and in charge of your own schedule. So how do you avoid it? Because change will come and challenge will always happen?

Here is a solution that Jackie O'Quinn gave me a long time ago and it works no matter what type of business you are in. First take all of your profit after business expenses for the month and divided it by 3. Apply those funds in the following way.

1/3-enhanced lifestyle, paying of debt, create financial flexibility, build security blanket, go on vacation or what ever you wish.

1/3-put back for taxes, will your taxes be this high? You will not know until the end of the year but you have the money put back regardless. If you pay your taxes and you have money left over you can then spend it freely. It basically becomes tax free income because it was designated to be spent on taxes but taxes are paid.

1/3-reserve for future business expenses. This is an account that should grow continually for quite some time. As long as this account grows then you will always be in business. Does it eventually max out? Maybe, but I would not max it out until at least a year's worth of business expenses are put back and here's why. Your current expenses may change? You may work part time and be forced to go full time then would your advertising go up or down if you worked more? In business as you grow opportunity presents itself, you always want enough cash on hand to develop any opportunity as well as to plan for the unexpected.

Owning a home business is absolutely incredible! It's the best thing you could ever do. My kids don't understand why other dad's have to leave home to work. They are blessed! Together we can go farther. If you have any financial tips please share them with us and leave a comment.

How to Avoid Selling in your Home Business!

When anyone starts a new business working from home being successful requires two things. The right tools and a simple process to follow. As you are looking for the right way to succeed from home. Even though we may never work together, let me share with you a couple of things that has created success for us.

1. Simple process - This starts with a marketing system and I'll go into more detail on that next time around. Our team created over 72,000 dollars in profit for the month of September. It starts with a simple process where no selling is done by a person. It has to be done through exposure. First usually a website and then often times for us it's a Live interactive conference call where questions are answered.

2. The Presentation- I'll go into more detail on the website as I mentioned later. But first you have to fully understand that the last exposure has to answer most of their important questions and it has to be understandable and believable. No details hidden and be completely transparent. Below is an example of what I'm talking about. Shawn from CA, hosted one of our live calls and it's recorded for you to learn from below. Take really good notes using this same system is not only how we created a 6 Figure Income but Shawn also made 50,000 dollars in 100 days. As well as how our team made 72,000 dollars in profit in September not counting Shawn or myself.

We may never work together but working from home can be extremely profitable if you have a system that allows for no one to be required to learn to "sell". Pay close attention to the details that are shared about our company and product on this call to learn how to model it for your business. The Power of Preception, This will make you think

I ran across this the other day and it's a unique story. Something that I thought was really interesting is there are two ways to view this story. Share your thoughts with us. What did you come away with after you read it?

One day, the father of a very wealthy family took his son on a trip to the country with the express purpose of showing him how poor people live.

They spent a couple of days and nights on the farm of what would be considered a very poor family.

On their return from their trip, the father asked his son, “How was the trip?”

“It was great, Dad.”
“Did you see how poor people live?” the father asked.
“Oh yeah,” said the son.
“So, tell me, what did you learn from the trip?” asked the father.

The son answered: “I saw that we have one dog and they had four. We have a pool that reaches to the middle of our garden and they have a creek that has no end. We have imported lanterns in our garden and they have the stars at night. Our patio reaches to the front yard and they have the whole horizon.

“We have a small piece of land to live on and they have fields that go beyond our sight.
“We have servants who serve us, but they serve others. We buy our food, but they grow theirs.
“We have walls around our property to protect us, they have friends to protect them.”

The boy’s father was speechless.

Then his son added, “Thanks Dad for showing me how poor we are.”
